This website is designed to provide information to consumers about the Texas class action lawsuit filed by KB Homeowners. The purpose of that litigation was to enjoin KB Home from enforcing its mandatory binding arbitration clause.

Since 1979 KB Home has been required by federal trade commission decree to make prompt response to warranty complaints. That same decree, and a 1991 federal court order, prohibits KB Home from compelling homeowners to binding arbitration.

Common complaints of some KB Homeowners include:

  • failed foundations
  • violation of building codes
  • windows and doors that leak both rain and sand
  • misrepresentations about the condition of the land
  • construction materials exposed to rain and moisture
  • mold contamination
  • plumbing leaks
  • after sale development of "designated green belt areas"

KB HomeClassAction.com is dedicated to providing information to interested homeowners, and offering legal assistance to those who have serious construction defects in a KB Home.
